Bennier Trestle Table

This was a special project for us to make, as it was for some great friends of ours! The reclaimed wood came from a historic building in Portland and each piece had its nails pulled out from our very own Portland Timbers. This sturdy table was over 6ft long and came with two matching benches. We know there will be many family dinners, conversations and games played around this one of a kind family table! It was such a blessing to make this for an incredible family.  Definitely one of our favorite projects. Here is a look at the process it took to make this beautiful table!

Cornerstone conference table

What a fun and unique project that was just delivered to its new home! We are very proud of the outcome of this design after several weeks of hard labor poured over each piece. This 11ft reclaimed wood table with steel legs and cable cross-members was built for a local company, Cornerstone Masonry. The beautiful wood for this project came from a demo site off of Beaumont St. in Portland. It is always exciting for us to have the opportunity to bring life back to these forgotten pieces.

Where it begins

As Siebert Woodworking continues to grow, we thought it would be fun to capture the moments and share them with you. The barn pictured is a great representation of where our wood comes from. Jon is always on the lookout for barns to demo, trees to mill and unwanted salvaged wood. When you buy a product from us, be rest assured that you are not getting a generic store bought item. Rather you are receiving a unique, one of a kind product that has its own story to tell. Our hope is bring these pieces of history back to life and allow their story to continue through you and your loved ones.
